Our Team
Mark Hamilton
Mark Hamilton has worked in the IT industry for the last 30 years. As a consultant he headed numerous projects assisting company’s with moving to an online presence and creating database facilities for data collection and analytics. His strengths in project management as an independent consultant allowed successful companies to improve their workflow by enhancing their current business systems. Mark currently teaches secondary Information Computer Technology at Warwick Academy
Kyle Hamilton is an IT & Digital Marketing professional with 10 years of experience working in the Insurance & Education industry. He currently supports the insurance industry as a Senior Operations Analyst for Markel. He is responsible for the analysis and support of technological systems in a virtual and physical environment.
Previously, he founded HamilTech Digital Marketing, a digital marketing consultancy company that aided in generating traffic, awareness and sales for small businesses startups and corporations.
Kyle Hamilton
Peter Sousa
Peter Sousa is an accomplished IT professional with 15 years of experience working primarily in the Financial Services industry. He currently serves as the Technology & Compliance Officer for the Bermuda Gaming Commission. He is responsible for the analysis, investigation, and technical compliance of electronic gaming systems, while managing all internal IT matters for the Commission.
Prior to this, he founded Infinity Solutions, a consulting company that acquired managed service contracts with Fortune-500 and startup-up Insurance companies, and successfully established overseas supplier partnerships to operate under the Infinity Solutions name.
Prior to this, he was the Global IT Lead for Markel Corporation, a Fortune-500 Insurer. He established Markel’s first Global Collaboration Services Department which comprised of engineers that operated across 8-time zones and delivered a multi-million-dollar global video conferencing solution to over 3,000 Associates in 70 offices. He also established the organization’s first IT “Tech Bar”, that enabled over 800 Associates in London and Europe to better interact with IT support and lead the implementation of the Organization’s transformation from physical to virtual desktop computing.
Peter is an avid traveler and enjoys playing golf and watching motorsport in his spare time.
